Shabbaton in Chevron

Recently students enjoyed a Shabbaton in Chevron with Rabbi Goldstien and his family. Friday night davening was done in the Mearas HaMachpela joined by many of the local residents of Chevron and Kiryat Arba as well as different schools visiting from around around Israel. We then enjoyed the Shabbos meal outside the Mearas Hamachpela farbrenging with Rabbi Goldstien and his family, and our new Shliach. Shabbos was filled with a full exciting schedule. After Shachris in the Mearas HaMachpela, we had a Shabbos meal joined by the Shliach of Chevron, Rabbi Dani Cohen followed by a tour throughout Chevron including the ‘Avraham Avinu’ neighborhood, Kever of Rebbetzin Menucha Rachel (the daughter of the Mittler Rabbe), and a visit to the caravan of Baruch Marzel from the Ichud Leumi political party.
