Rappelin in Qumran

After completing the Oral Smicha test and another successful year coming to an end, student participated in the annual ‘Grand Trip’ rappelling in Qumran. After waking up early in the morning, students  headed towards the Dead Sea to Qumran. Qumran is located off the northwestern shore of the Dead Sea about an hour away from Jerusalem. After arriving everyone davened Shachris together and then started the hike. Throughout the trip student had to climb mountains, go through caves, and rappel down cliffs. Later that evening, everyone returned to Yeshiva to begin their vacation after completing yet another amazing year at Yeshivat Meorot Chabad.
