Rabbi Gamson
Rabbi Uri Gamson is a graduate of the Shaalabim Yeshiva High School and various Chabad Yeshivos in Eretz Yisrael. He received his smicha while learning at the Kolel in Kfar Chabad and continued for shimush chachamim at the Beis Hora’a of Harav Hagaon Rav Yaakov Meir Shtern שליט"א, a dayan at the Beis Din of Ha’Grash Vosner שליט"א.
Rabbi Gamson served as a magid shiur and mechanech at the vocational school in Kfar Chabad and was later appointed as director of its English speaking program. In תשס"ד 2003, along with Rabbi Chaim Greenberg and Rabbi Yosef Malkin he founded Meorot Chabad Yeshiva College, at which he serves as a rosh yeshiva. As part of his role, he edits and publishes the "Halacha for Life" books.
Besides his work at Meorot Chabad he also serves as a community rabbi in Holon and a lecturer and member of the academic committee at the Beis Rivka College. He edited an academic learning program in "Machsheves Yisroel" that was presented in front of and approved by the ministry of education. Rabbi Gamson serves as a marriage and family moderator, coacher and marriage counselor. He is presently completing his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
